Communicating with site management and other trades
Maintaining health and safety for your team
Managing productivity and deadlines
To enrol onto this qualification, you must:
Be currently working in construction
Be involved in supervising work, leading a team, or organising jobs on site
Be aged 19 or over
Be able to provide work-based evidence and complete assessments
You do not need to have the job title of supervisor, but you must be carrying out supervisory responsibilities on site as part of your role
What you will achieve
Gain a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision
Be eligible to apply for the Gold CSCS Supervisory Card
Be able to apply for supervisory roles such as foreperson or site supervisor
Improve your job opportunities and earning potential
Take on more responsibility managing teams and site work
